FAQs
Below are common questions we get on a regular basis. These will help you prepare for your next trip.
-
Are all limousine companies the same? No, all limo companies are not the same. In Illinois, all vehicles designated "for hire" must have either Livery license plates or Passenger Transportation plates which ensures the company is properly insured to carry passengers and that their vehicles have been inspected for safety. Clients reserving buses or limos should look for the PT or Livery designation on the vehicles license plate.

Do you require a deposit and when do I pay it?We require a 50% deposit to reserve your date. The remainder is due two weeks before your event if paying by check. Other payment methods can be accepted three days prior to your reservation. If you need a last-minute reservation we would require payment in full before dispatching your chauffeur.

How far in advance should I make my reservation? We recommend booking your date as soon as you decide which of our vehicles best suits your style and party size. If you wait, someone else may get the vehicle you wanted!

What amenities are your vehicles stocked with?We provide high-quality chauffeurs that have undergone background checks and are enrolled in random drug and alcohol screening. They all hold Commercial Drivers Licenses with passenger endorsements to ensure your safety and compliance with state and federal regulations. We can provide glassware and ice for a nominal fee. We do not carry a liquor license so our vehicles are not stocked with alcohol but we are happy to help load your coolers into our vehicles and restock them with any beverages you brought. Special requests may be accommodated, please ask when making your reservation or finalizing details and we will do our best to accommodate you!
